A single bed, study table, chair, table lamp are included in the rent. All utilities including water, heat, hydro, washing and drying machine are included in the rent as well. Cooking utensils are shared if you don't have any.
The apartment is located close to shops such as ING Supermarket, 88 Supermarket, Best Buy, Dollarama, and Staples. The bus stop is within 2 minute walking distance from the apartment. It is a 10 min bus ride to University of Manitoba and a 20 min bus ride to downtown. Common bus routes are 160, 60, 185, 162.
