One of the major struggles in today’s society is one in which strain and anxiety are the biggest competitors. Therefore, more and more methods are used to ease the negative impact. The most famous techniques are relaxation and mindfulness practice. Scientists have proven the profits of relaxation procedures for physical, mental, social and even academic welfare.
