Dear Friends,
I am using Window XP. Now, I found that I can not read, even load any web page encoded with simplified Chinese.If I select some encoding, such as Thai or whatever, the page can be loaded, but, as you can imagine.... I can not re-install IE. The system always tell me "A higher version IE has been installed...." This is killing. I don't know why, when and how this happened. Could you please give me some clue and help fix the problem. Thanks alot.
