The sprocket drum should be able to maneuver freely and rotate backwards when the movie is re-wound and subsequently has to be decoupled from the highest and bottom gear practice. There are two gear trains deployed in the shutter. When the discharge is depressed, in addition to freeing the mirror the motion is transmitted through a rod that runs the width of the digicam and by way of a number of levers to the levers T and G, because the shutter is launched lever T is raised and G is moved to lock the wheel IL in preparation for meeting the cam of the velocity dial (instantaneous speeds) or lock the blind movement within the case of 'T' and 'B' settings. The slit width is adjusted by persevering with to wind the shutter as soon as the lower blind has reached the top, which pulls through the additional size of tape required. To launch the shutter the pawl is moved clear of the wheel. |
