i have approx 150 RSS feed to check from same site. TL check rss almost instant. i got an warning from the site not to abuse their rss system.

will it be possible to add a delay for each rss check.

rss1 check=wait 20sec for next RSS link check
rss 2=wait 20sec for next rss  link check

There is already a option for this in "WEBSITES" -> "Other settings" -> "Leech delay".

However it doesnt affect RSS feeds at the moment just forgot.

Improved for next update 4.10 to affect RSS feeds as well.

But if you are a single blogger, you dont have much time to do linkbuilding. I think in such case it is better to invest your time in amazing and useful content, if you do that, the linkbuilding will happen , people will link to your site.
