A string that may tighten, captivate, entertain, shock and in some cases allow you to cry. I have been watching it from the very beginning, for quite a while now and I can't point out that I'm tired. Not things smooth, you cannot assume all episodes are fantastic, not all plot twists are interesting and logical, in some places I even needed to abandon viewing, but, nevertheless, this really is among the finest game series, confidently maintaining the bar and intensity from season to season.
Everything started so some time past with the point that any local Sheriff exited a coma determined himself in the field of the apocalypse, where revived corpses scurry about everywhere. After which all kinds of adventures begin - reuniting with the family, getting a safe home to call home, some betrayals and clashes with others a great deal more bloodthirsty and terrible versus dead.
Positive points:
- numerous interesting characters, to who you really reach out, penetrate, with which team you live. Their relationship is intertwined and tangled, like some form of Santa Barbara that is definitely fun to follow.
- entourage: beautiful locations, super-decorations, great makeup. You gaze and believe this can be the world following your apocalypse. The series is not penny, it might please the eye.
- plot twists. All the seasons I didnrrrt like was the very idea of a war between your Saviors of Negan and everybody else - some boring episodes with pretentious speeches and poorly staged shootings. But other plot is super, when it appears that the authors have not even attempt to show us, a fresh interesting twist appears, characters and problems.
- soundtrack. The first seasons wouldn't spoil us with interesting melodies, but the previous few contain excellent tracks, correctly selected for that place and time. They cheer up and highlight fragments, engraving in memory.
- interesting editing techniques. You will discover inserts where not ordinary editing is applied, but juicy cuts, just like a clip, to music. For the sake of such scenes, I wish to revise the series, they sit in memory a lot better than the most suitable action. |
